The building is in a great location in Hyde Park – Woodlawn: just steps from the University of Chicago, several parks, and Lake Michigan and its beaches.
It is very close to public transportation and 20 minutes away from downtown Chicago by car (via Lakeshore Drive).
As you can see on the map, Greenwood Avenue is a one way street and thus there is little traffic. The neighborhood is extremely quiet, in part because the street is lined with large, majestic maple trees.
